Many of our customers, when installing our famous Guttermesh system have asked for more and this is now why we are doing roof restorations.
With our cement tile roof restoration, you can transform and upgrade your old roof into something completely new. At Guttermesh, we use only quality products. And we use the Dulux AcraTex 962 roof membrane system. The Dulux name implies it all : this is a premium roof coating system that gives outstanding, long term protection and performance (we give a ten year guarantee). The Dulux AcraTex 962 roof membrane system provides ultimate protection against future repairs!
It is important to realise that this is NOT PAINT that we are using. This is a proper roof protection system with the name DULUX. NO, this is not paint Two coats, each much thicker than paint, are applied for complete protection. THIS IS NOT PAINT but a water based elastomeric high tech build coating for application to concrete roof tiles and even metal roofs. In fact this technology was not available till the early late 1980s, so you can be almost absolutely sure that you do not have this protection on your roof! THIS IS NOT PAINT! So, because it is modern technology, there is actually a two stage process. First is is the special, elastomeric membrane so even if underlying cracks (or minor expansion) appear after we do our work, the roof will still be sealed. This elastomeric membrane has excellent crack-bridging performance providing water impermeability.
The second stage is the Dulux topcoat; this is the most important phase in any exterior coating system. The top coating sequence protects the entire system from water ingress yet allows the water vapor to escape. All this goes to giving your roof and home a new appearance. The result of us using the Dulux AcraTex 962 Roof Membrane system will be a glossy new looking roof with maximum protection (the product has this as a specific aim). Not only is it designed to give roof protection but it was designed to give new looks (lustre and gloss).
